Registrations

Register for the EOS 2017 Congress and participate in the annual platform for discussion and establishment of orthodontic guidelines for the future.
Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. From 15 May, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Prices are presented in CHF.
Registration fees are VAT exempt.
Non-members: Please note that if you wish to attend the European Orthodontic Society Congress as a member (either active/associate or postgraduate) you must have joined the EOS before the 1st January 2017 and paid the appropriate membership fee.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Deadline: 5 April 2017
Late Deadline: 31 May 2017
Onsite Fee: 1 June 2017

Once registration is completed you will be directed to the accommodation page to make your booking at one of the official EOS hotels.

Please note:

* Membership status will be checked based on the EOS database.
** If you wish to attend one of the courses, you have to pay both the congress registration and course fee
*** Postgraduate courses are only available to Postgraduate students
**** Proof of student status needs to be uploaded when registering.

The Congress fee includes:

• Badge and congress documents
• Access to scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition area and poster area
• Online access to the congress abstract
• Admission to Opening Ceremony & Get-Together Cocktail, Opening of Exhibition
• Admission to President's Reception
• Coffee in the exhibition area during breaks

The EOS Postgraduate student member fee additionally includes admission to the Postgraduate disco party.

The Accompanying person’s fee includes:

• Admission to Opening Ceremony & Get-Together Cocktail, Opening of Exhibition
• Admission to President's Reception
• A visit to Chaplin's World in Vevey

Confirmation of your registration:
Confirmation will be sent via email. Registration for events that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if requested when registering.

Changes to your registration:
Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of CHF 50.-

Cancellation of your registration:

Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail to MCI.

• Cancellations received before Wednesday, 3 May 2017, Midnight CET: CHF 100.- per participant.
• Cancellations received after Wednesday, 3 May 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Payment:
All payments should be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods; credit card or bank transfer. Please indicate your name and your payment reference number on all money transfers. The congress secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the congress secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer. We are unable to accept cheques.

As from three weeks before the congress we only accept credit card as payment.
